Now I'm sure someone has already asked this, but how does one get a little hat on your scrap.tf profile? I don't think it is tethered to a TF2 item? But I can't find how to get it and haven't seen anyone trading, raffling, or selling anything that looks like "Scrap.tf profile hat" Is it an achievement based thing?

I daresay that was not a good decision. Wdym you don't have access to sell, isn't buy the one you want here?
