Hello. I would like to start by saying that I have been using backpack.tf for a good while now, and up until just yesterday, have not had such an inconvenience relating to the site. Every time I try to start up backpack on my computer, all I see is this: The same thing happens when I try to boot up the backpack forums. I tried using the windows diagnostics, but to no success. I also tried doing the same thing on my phone, and it wouldn't let me in either. I looked at backpack's seemingly official twitter, and they didn't say anything recently about their servers. Are the servers down? Has anyone else had this problem? can anyone with knowledge of what's happening reach out to me about what's going on? Thanks nutella signing out

It seems that you don't have a steam mobile authenticator on your phone. It's very easy to get, you can get it on the app store or google play. What it does, among other things, is that every trade you do, it will send you a random code to your phone that you authenticate on your computer. For security measures, you will have to wait 15 days before you can start trading with it, but trust me when I say it's worth it. Makes trading so much more easy.
