I cant add friends on steam as i did spend 1$ instead spend 5$ in steam and i cant get more steam wallet money more as my mom wont buy me more gift cards due to my low marks and dont have my personal bank accout. But i have 8 keys in tf2 due to trading what is the best way that i can solve the problem of being semi f2p where i can trade but cant chat in offical valve servers. Sorry If i sound new i joined the tf2 community in 2021
