There's nothing that you can do to fix this. Tradable unique weapons the cheapest items you can possibly trade and/or get metal for. I recommend going to backpack.tf or sending another trade offer to get the item you want. Could also be user error on your part.

A good looking skin/war paint personally would be the new health and hell, or health and hell green war paints. Anything above field-tested will look good on it.
