Vanes #savetf2

I have this item as drop from the game and I'd like to trade it. I suppose it should be located at tab "Items" but it doesn't show although when I tried make e.g. auction, Scrap.tf sees this item in my inventory. Is the "Dueling Mini-Game" not tradable in this service or what? Backpack.tf says that it costs 0.61 ref
