Hi, so i was wondering if i could explain this anti-bullying thing im doing in a raffle (so it would get noticed). I wouldn't add any links or and thing related to another website just explain what it is and where they could find help. I know advertising isn't allowed but im not sure is this would be classed as advertising. ~thanks pie
