In all honesty, you are one of the first people who I have seen who have actually looked at some basic facts, looked at the previous way steam helped protect trades, and linked that to what is possibly going to happen. I think that you are correct in your assumptions, because the Escrow will REQUIRE people to link to their phones. Not many people want to go through all that hassle. So, in all honesty, they will probably only have it for those who have steam on their phones, and have them linked to steam on their computer. And it will probably only be if the user has steamguard on. So yes, I honestly think that scrap.tf will be fine if this escrow goes through.
