Cant get trade offer for my bid

https://scrap.tf/auctions/WC40R7 this is the auction i bid on and whenever i try to trade my items i bid with to get it i never get the trade offer it always says trade error so i tried a new trade url and sold some items and that worked but for some reason just this bid wont work i even counted all the ref and keys to make i had the right amount and i do 182 ref and 2 keys
