Issues with the option "weapons" and the items within

Dear support team of scrap.tf,

I really love TF2 and the fact that your website exists to help us players. 

 

But I have to admit that the website doesn't not work for me for some reason. 

 

When I click on "Weapon" and try to "Buy Weapons" than I always get the white loading box which sas "Loading inventories.Failed.Retry." and eventually tell me that no matter how often I try to trade those two weapons for one scrap metal I always get the answer "Trade Error. Unfortunately, we could not load the inventories for this trade.". I have TF2 closed, steam opened and refreshed and a working internet connection. 

 

So what should I do to solve this problem? 

Or can you guys help me with it?
