Chaz The Medic Posted February 5, 2016 Report Share Posted February 5, 2016 Unfortunately, we could not finalize the trade offer. This is an issue with Steam. I always get this error and it won't let me trade. I tried updating steam and updating TF2. I tried making a new URL and updating it in Scrap.tf. Anything else I can do? Should I uninstall TF2 and steam and reinstall them. (I already have steam guard on and a mobile authenticater for 8 days, so I know that can't be the problem.)
