I submitted my gift for secret Santa but I neither receive any items nor info about my gift. It doesn't seem that I got kicked, so I don't get what is happening.

now i won t receive my gift from my secretgifter and i ve already lost my items

dear jesse,
i probably understood the problem, cause in the event that has been made, i follow the istructions and when i saw the sentence "We'll automate the entire trade process; simply deposit your items, and we'll do the rest" i thought i did all correctly. the problem is that i didn't submitt the items. i ask if there is a way to submitt them cause in the event it was badly explained or if i get an other chance to submitt my gift.

they kicked me even if i gave a gift, now i ve no more my items in my inventory
