My problem is when i entered it i realized i had to have steam mobile authenticator in order to enter. At the time i didn't have it so i entered with being locked out of the event entirely. While i tried the 3 - day email thing before for some reason it glitched out on me and this was ALL when escrow was introduced. So basically escrow kind of screwed me and I'm sure a lot of people over. All i want to say is don't make the bans permanent because that just seems unfair to people who entered as soon as escrow was introduced. P.S I took my item out of the Secret Santa last year for whatever reason and that's when escrow hit and i couldn't do anything to put it back.
