[❤]Backup Bat-Doe!
Could they go back to their original price (2.1 K)? The inflation of the price of the key has to do? And if they return to their original price, how long do they think it's late? I think in 2 months they will return as before
General Synnacle
It's likely, however by a slim margin of a chance. So many people bought lime and pink paint from the HUGE deal (I bought only 1 lime ), so their prices are greatly decreased in value, from the overall amount that users have. Consider it like this: the more in stock and available a certain item is, the less it'll be worth. However, if you're smart and strategic, you can do a trick similar to how diamond companies stay in business with high costs for easy-to find diamonds: controlling the market. (There's a specific name for this, but I've forgotten it, despite learning about the name only about 2 months ago) However, because of the easy-to-access Steam Store, you won't ever be able to effectively increase the price-range of the paints, as they are at a set-price. TL;DR: It's unlikely the prices for paint will go back up, unless many buyers from the Christmas sale start using their discounted paints, thus eventually resetting it to its former price.
