Mentle Posted February 14, 2015 Report Share Posted February 14, 2015 So, I just got premium today after I sold my strange I had when I was F2P. (Yeah, I got premium without actually paying for it). I started off in trading as F2P and it was an ISSUE. I was given some started items by a nice guy, and that eventually built up until I got 3 ref, bought a strange, sold it, and bought premium. Anyways, I'm still rather new to the economy; I know the basics: -Know your prices -Check your trades -Make a profit -etc But I need help; how can I get started in trading? As in, making a profit and building my backpack. Currently, I have 6.77 Ref pure; and that includes the items I've scrapped here. Any help would be appreciated. Link to comment
Tweets Posted February 14, 2015 Report Share Posted February 14, 2015 The only guaranteed way to make a profit is to buy weapons here and sell them to players that don't know about scrap.tf or are too lazy to bother using it for 1 scrap. It has a very high profit margin - 100% profit with no chance of loss (you can sell the items back for the same price). However, it's very slow. Link to comment
