Question about secret santa ban

So i've signed up for the secret santa event, asked my matches some stuff, then forgot about the event because i got overwhelmed with life and my education system (2 hellweeks of exams yay). Today i log on to see that it's the gift submission deadline and just continuing the pattern of bad luck i have my phone breaks leaving me unable to get a gift. Here come the questions:
1.Am i going to get banned from all events forever?

2.Am i allowed to contact my match afterwards and send them their intended gifts?

3.In the event i'm banned, if there any way to get rid of it? Or is it permanent no matter what?

Sorry if the questions are dumb, i'm just scared and very, very stressed

1. No I don’t think you get banned on all events.

 

2. Yes you are allowed to send your recipient your gifts.

 

3. As far as I know it is permanent and there is no way to get rid of it.
