I read the rules, and it says every time, you accepted it, no need to read it. But on my profile, it's keep on saying Our smart algorithm is detecting that you haven't read the rule. I read it many times, but no luck. Then you come over, adn just shut down my question. Thanks alot.

Sorry, we get many questions like this about people going "Oh I read the rules but the badge is still there your algorithm is bogus". I probably was tired and skimmed your post. i'll reopen it and contact an admin.
