You're probably using some auto-trade accepting thing which is putting too much load on valve's servers.

Refreshing the trade offer page constantly is a bad idea and bad for everyone else, putting too much load on Steam's servers.

We don't "get around" this because we use steam client APIs to tell when we get a trade offer.
