Can I trade with bots if all my trades are put on hold?

Will bots accept trades that will be put on hold? 
Also does it matter how long the hold is?

I want to know because setting up a steam guard is a problem for me and I'd like to use this site without setting it up

you should probably just get desktop authenticator if downloading the phone app is a problem for you.. but  if you did send a trade that would've resulted in a trade hold i believe the bot will instantly cancel the trade iirc. :C You can try it worst case scenario it instantly declines it best case scenario you get it after a few days. :3

Trades will not be accepted it they are on hold, you need to set an authenticatior be it mobile or desktop
