Secret Santa missing

My recipient is responding and it says im paired with my santa, but they havent responded since I got paired with them and its getting to that time, is there a process if they dont send anything or am I just screwed?

I have the same issue, I'ts my third year with this kind of people, at best I get one scrap hat, I think last year I didn't get anything, I do my best to search in their inventories and stats to get them something useful for their favorite classes and what they ask for, but hey "no need to start a chain of unhappiness!"
