Banned from Marketplace accused for scammer

Hello, I believe owner of Scrap.tf and marketplace.tf are same. However if I am wrong forgive me.

So few month ago, I was banned from marketplace on my key purchase try attempt. I was wondering and opened a support ticket and they said that I was accused for scammer. 

You have 5 steam friends, few paid games, almost no hours in tf2, a level 2 steam account created 7 months ago, your paypal email and steam email differ, you gave us a bogus billing address, I mean could you tell me what we could possibly verify with you beyond a reasonable doubt that you have a legitimate account and are attempting to conduct legitimate business here? - Marketplace support member.

I understand why I looked superstitious, and I told them okay, I will get more rep. 

Two month later, I got more level on steam by crafting (level 9), more friends (17 friends), more playtime (150 hours) and more rep from trade. Also, my backpack value have jumped up a lot. Therefore I opened a ticket two weeks ago if I am eligible for ban appeal. However, I have feeling their ignoring my ticket since they normally reply within a 3 days.

The scrap.tf forums are not for Marketplace.tf issues. Open a support ticket with them regarding your issue/query.
