jooony Posted October 7, 2015 Report Share Posted October 7, 2015 I decided to make a raffle but when I accepted the trade offer, However I couldn't trade since I recently got my new PC so I need to wait a few more days before i can trade. I declined the trade offer but when i went back its said Your items are being confirmed. This can take up to 30 mins if Steam is having issues Although I declined. Can anyone help? Link to comment
