When there's a sale for games does Scrap.tf make the key price lower for that price of keys of that game on sale?

They have a fixed price for games, normally equivalent to the lowest price that game has ever been to (based on what I've observed). So no, they probably won't change game prices when a game goes on sale

 

And it seems too tedious to change game prices every time
