you most likely need to confirm your gift drop first before you get another one. just like with normal item drops. Best practice is to just connect to a halloween server ever 4 hours. You will get your gift almost immediately after you join the server. Find the gift, disconnect, do something else for 3-4 hours.

I dont think keys can afford to die. Keys are Gold, Metal is Fiat Money.
