  1. 2 weeks, just enough to allow steam guard to wake up
  2. Steam API was probably down at the time, waiting a few minutes before trying again should solve the issue
  3. I don't know why it wasn't working before but it did after i manually reloaded for you ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
  4. Sadly converting games in to tradable items is a discontinued steam feature, and even back then games with regional pricing are regionally restricted
  5. Charity items are usually added in game towards the end of the campaign. If you have donated, you will receive it once they are added.
  6. The thing is, the only games that can be traded are from a discontinued steam feature of buying games in item form, and even back then steam regionally restricts gifts bought from currency with regional pricing
  7. It will go over the limit, which just means that you will be unable to deposit any other items until you withdraw them
  8. The ability to get games as tradable items is a discontinued feature from steam, so unless you have some laying around from that time, you can't really sell it, sorry
  9. Where was that? Steam? And you should probably report it on backpack.tf(They will automatically be banned here if banned there), you will need evidence like screenshots from the conversation. Do not click any links or accept any trades offers they send you.
  10. 22 days? Are you sure? Trade holds usually lasts for two weeks, so that is the time you are given to claim a raffle you won.
  11. No, tradable achievement items were result from an old glitch that was already patched, that's why they are expansive in the first place
  12. You would be automatically banned from auctions, however, when stuff like that happens because of trading being down, you can appeal to have it lifted.
  13. https://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=bragging rights
  14. Those are usually only accepting items and have an IF(item factor) of 50%, which means that an item worth 2 keys will only contribute 1 key for the auction value.
  15. Just wait and try again later, Steam's API has been having issues since the sale started :/
  16. Unfortunately this will make you a grinch, however, given that it was outside of your control you might be able to appeal
  17. You have to deposit the items you want in your site inventory first
  18. You get anonymously matched with a random person (they can't see who you are but you can see them) and you can chat and get to know them so you can pick a gift for them, at the same time, someone else got randomly matched with you and will be looking to find a good gift for you as well
  19. Depends, each people has their budget, some people give a random hat, some give about a key and some give unusuals, most will tend to the lower values, but each on their own
  20. December 7 is when the confirmation period will start, you will have 24Hs to confirm, so timezones shouldn't be an issue, after the confirmation period ends is when you should be assigned to someone, for now you just wait
  21. Steam games trading is not for steam gifts, you used to be able to buy games in the form of a item that could be traded and redeemed for said game, but steam discontinued this feature,
  22. It's just an auction ban, and you can appeal
