For whatever reason you might have thought, he's not breaking any rules. Also, it's not necessary to make a thread about this, there's a report button on every raffle that you can use if you believe there's a reason to use it.

Ya, Invasion didn't introduce any skin collections so nothing from there is going to the skin bots

The Gun Mettle update introduced "skins", weapons that have the same model as stock weapons but with an exterior finish and wear. Those belong in skin banking because that's what skin banking sells and buys. Those don't belong in the weapon bots as it will make it quite cluttered. The Invasion update did not release any "skins", weapons like the C.A.P.P.E.R. from these cases are reskins that belong in the weapons category, because they don't have the same model as the pistol, nor a specific exterior finish with wear. They also don't come from a case that has only "skins", like the Pyroland case or the Powerhouse case.

They are weapons that have the "unique" quality. They aren't technically skins, they are "reskins" of existing weapons, meaning they can have similar stats but possess a different weapon model. They belong in the weapons category. If you don't agree with their price for certain reskins, you don't have to sell it to them. All weapons in the weapon bots can also be bought for the same price, so that it's not meant to be a profitable cause, but rather for easier trading.

They have a fixed price for games, normally equivalent to the lowest price that game has ever been to (based on what I've observed). So no, they probably won't change game prices when a game goes on sale And it seems too tedious to change game prices every time
