There is one badge for each "top rafflers" list. They are given to the top 5 on each, so it's completely fair for the people who have the "generosity" badge to have the "generosity" badge. I have suggested ideas for special badges given to chosen people, but they werent accepted. -

Surely it would be a mint smoothie since it's a plant. Unless it was a chocolate mint milkshake in which case I am mistaken.
Not always the case but who would just have mint and milk? That's just kinda gross. This is an important matter.
