Well, Genuine Tomb Readers was a problem a while ago, like a month or 2, eventually their bp.tf price got updated and so did their price in bids. Looks like the same thing happened to Gift Wraps. As for Crown of the Old Kingdom, I seriously have never seen anyone using them to "scam" auctions, and that's coming from someone who spends a lot of time checking auctions. Anyways, guess what I'm trying to say is. They eventually got fixed so like, that problem is gone by now.

Not really a bot. Just looks like someone who makes a lot of Auctions (most of them being bad) in a short period of time. Kinda can be done easily, just quickly create an auction, wait a couple of minutes, create another one, etc.

Sell in Weapons Banking, just be careful so you don't end up selling that Gen AWP for 0.5 scrap.

However, the C.A.P.P.E.R., Shooting Star and Giger Counter (aka Invasion Reskins) can also be sold in Items Banking for their normal price.

Not really. It's quite common for a Glitch so it doesn't increase the price of your Skin

If you trade them away and later get the same items from someone else, the trade won't work because they do not have the same ID. The only items in which we do not check their ID are Scrap/Reclaimed/Refined Metal and Mann Co. Supple Crate Keys." So, in your case, you need to have the Exact Amount of Metal/Currency that you used in your Bid in order to pay, and with that I mean Exact # of Refs, # of Recs and # of Scraps that you Bidded.

Nope, you can't sell that for 4 keys, you'd get called a scammer and/or get laughed at. I'm guessing that it's your Strange Spec. KS. Loch-n-Load. Those 25.74 Refs are the price WITH the strange parts. So those 3 Strange Parts add around 11 Refs to the normal price of a Strange Spec. KS. Loch-n-Load, which is around 14 Refs.

You first have to get a Professional Killstreak "Weapon" Kit Fabricator. You complete it and apply it to your Weapon to make it a Pro. Ks. Weapon.

The Spec. KS. Black Rose Kit Fab is worth around 2.77 Refs. And completed it's worth around 20 Refs. The Black Rose itself is only obtainable through completing an achievement in the game A.V.A. It was only Craftable for a short period of time due to a glitch/bug in Gun Mettle (I think) but it was quickly patched so they're not Craftable anymore. If you want a Tradable one then you have to buy one for around 10 Keys.

No. Seriously, just use your common sense.

You need to have in mind the Bot's Space in its Inventory/Backpack. For Example, you said that the hats you wanted to buy were about 38 Refined. Let's say that they're 15 hats. 15 Hats worth 38 Refined. It's more convenient for the Bot to ask for 1 Key and 8 Refs, which leaves the bot with 6 Free Extra Slots. But If it were to ask for 38 Refs, then the bot would "lose" 23 Free Slots.

Scrap.tf doesn't pay anything extra for KS, Spells or Paints. Mainly because the prices change almost daily for KS items and it's hard to accurately display a price for painted/spelled things. Let's use your example, a Basic KS Grenade Launcher, worth 22 refs in bp.tf right now, tomorrow it could be 20 refs or 23 refs. BUT the highest someone pays for it is 14.88 Refs. And the lowest seller is 17.33 Refs If Scrap.tf used bp.tf prices, it would probably ask you to pay 20 refs for the KS Grenade Launcher, and no one would pay that much, meaning that it would stay there for a while and "waste" bot space.

Same here. Also shows that there's nothing open, 0 public raffles, 0 puzzles, 0 auctions, and I can't go to Chat because it always tells me to read the rules. Edit: It also says that my Trade Offer URL is for the wrong account

Technically it was an One Winner raffle because all the items were in the same group (as shown by the "VI" in a corner of the items) so whoever was the winner, was going to get all the items. So yeah, you got lucky~
