That isn't that much, it depends on the time, day and bot that you're trading with. Sometimes the raffle bots have 100+ users in them when somebody creates a short raffle with a lot of items in it (#blame@Jim)

They probably have their reasons. If you look they have too many of those parts so the supply vs demand increases which means that the prices drop.
