  1. I feel like I am beginning to assosciate with this face more and more as time goes on. Every time Geel suggests something, I make this face. That's either because it's a really weird idea or it's a really good idea.
  2. Why would that affect the price in Refined?
  3. Last I knew they nerfed dodge so the LBV was shit to the point of 25% dodge when crouching. Did they make it less shit or is it just suit all the way nowdays? I mgiht boot it up and take a look.

    Dota 2

Step 1: Get Helm. Step 2: Dominate friendly creep. Step 3: Attack your Ancients. Step 4: The enemy just got pushed to your tower, you stacked ancients and now have a little scout buddy to go poke check their positioning with. Step 5: The creep dies. Too bad I'm bad at activating items, this sounds actually kinda powerful to use. Back to just buying 6 itron branches or whatever noobdy stuffs I do.
  5. >Dodge build You're playing Hard Mode with that on DW. Last I played I switched off Dodge Mode, tried out armour (the biggest one with the 150% armour skills) and now I jsut shrug off everything.
  6. Stairs ar ethe new thing. Next MvM update they'll add stairs to the pit on Rottenberg, right where the 'sentry gap' is.
  7. The barrier to entry is extremely high. Why bother learning terms, tactics, 100+ heroes' skills etc when you can just jump into a simplet game and have more fun doing so?
  8. Only buying keys from the Mann Co Store makes you premium. Buying keys from other users does not, since it's just trading items around (buying from the Mann Co Store uses real money, not Refined). The only items you have that are Tradable are either from a Promo item you traded for a spy-Cicle and a Scrap Metal, or they were given to you by a Premium player. Items dropped for non-Premium players and achievement items are untradable (though upon becoming Premium, all dropped items becomes tradable).
  9. It is possible, so long as you have tradable items. The only ones you have are a Scrap Metal and a Spy-Cicle. You'd do best to sell the Spy-cicle to someone for a scrap, then buy 4 items with those two scraps and repeat ad nauseum. the easiest way to get a Premium Gift is from scrap.tf, at the price of 2 keys and 6 refined (as of writing). Assuming you buy the tow keys for 14 refined (currently 12.88-13.66refined, so go to 14 to get them more easily), that would be 29 Refined Metal, or 261 Scrap Metal. Going from 1.5 Scrap to 261 would take 522 weapons, 419 more than you currently have. Since scrapbanking websites are now so common, it'll take a while to find someone to pay a scrap for your weapon, so it'll take a LONG time to get 519 weapons of profit, even assuming you never buy any cosmetics or other items.
  10. Smissmas 2014: > Added a new all-class-other-than-Spy/Engi stock melee reskin: The Shaft. > Added 50 new winter cosmetics! > Added more fucking ducks > Added Smissmas 2014 Festive weapons. These are all duck-themed.
  11. Nah, it didn't derail so much as got to its destination then proceeded to be roadbloacked by an Ubered heavy, resulting in a spectacular-yet-highly-saddening explosion and the loss of all lives involved. At least Smissmas and the update for that is around the corner, so the kittens, orphans and orphan kittens will have something to take their minds off this tragedy soon enough.
  12. You can never know in these chaotic times. *Throws indecision and tumult*
  13. You're banned for living in these forum game threads.
  14. The best way to get involved with the community is to be a regular in the chat. The only other way I can think of is searching the dev version of the site for bugs and regularly posting them in the bug report forum. Though abusing them (temptiNG) ends up with punishment.
  15. I'd definitely mark Att/Def as the worst, but I like 5CP's symmetry, Payload's choke-breaking asymmetry, and CTF's mad sprint at different times, so i'd say they tie for me.
  16. Alright, and if people break our rules, ADIOS. That's the way it works. We have written clearly in the rules you accepted not to ask for tips, and there's even a site-wide announcement not to ask for tips. The Tip system is in place to show that you appreciate what someone's doing, not to inflate an e-ego or make some form of gaim and so asking for them results in a community-ban. This ban is very short - only a day, and does not affect the use of the main site features in any way. In fact, the duration was originally 3 days, and has been shortened to one. There is no "Don't ban me for breaking your rules", everyone must adhere to them or face the consequences of breaking them. We do not offer leniency on this, as this rule encourages the making of raffles with substance, rather than making 100 single-weapon raffles hoping for tips. Of course, you are free to make 100 single-weapon raffles, but the chances of recieving tips on them is lower as they are then becoming a part of the chaff. By asking for tips you're undermining their intention, which is why it was introduced as a rule.
  17. The owners, Jesse and Geel provided all the starting items for the bots. At that point, there was no other staff, as far as I'm aware.
  18. All weapons sold to the Weapon bots are sold by the weapon bots. The items you listed are not sold to the bots very often, so they are almost never sold by the bots (they're bought very quickly when they are sold to the bots). The Ap-Sap is not available in Unique quality (only Uncraftable and Genuine, which are not accepted by the WEapon bots) and so it is not possible for the bots to have any of them. Taunts are not bought by the Weapon bots, but some are bought by the Item bots (only the higher-priced ones, since the item bots generally avoid low-priced items).
  19. Gary? Who's Gary? :^) (If anyone had trouble with it, he's meaning Geel)
